About
SaunaR is a small sauna in the Grünau district of Berlin, by Regattastraße. According to the operator it offers one Finnish dry sauna up to 95 °C for about 20 people, a sauna garden, a plunge pool, a Kneipp hose cold pour, a warm foot bath, a quiet area and a refreshment bar.
Opening hours alternate between mixed days and women-only and men-only days. Aufguss sessions are held at fixed times about every 45 minutes and are run by the staff. Payment is by cash only.

According to the operator the sauna is closed over Easter, 3–6 April 2026, including Saturday 4 April, and returns to regular hours from 7 April 2026. For weekends from May to September the site says it opens only on Saturday 10:00–14:00.

The price list is valid from 1 October 2025. Each further started half hour beyond 3 hours costs €1.50 extra. The operator accepts cash only and may hold a €10 deposit per rented item.

Rules and good to know
- According to the house rules the sauna area is textile-free and the hot rooms are used without clothing
- Loungers and the restaurant may only be used in a bathrobe or a dry towel covering the body
- Bring or rent a large sauna towel, a towel and slippers; slippers are not worn inside the saunas
- Showering is required before the sauna and the plunge pool
- Phoning, photographing and filming are forbidden in the sauna area
- Children up to 7 need a suitable adult companion
