Saunia Letmo is a sauna world in the LETMO shopping centre in Brno, covering 1100 m². It has five types of sauna – Finnish sauna, steam bath, steam-burst sauna, salt sauna and tropical sauna – and four ways to cool down: a cooling plunge pool, an ice well, cooling buckets and showers with a water mist. It is open every day from 9 am to 11 pm.
Admission is priced by length of stay, from a one-hour Quick Relax to unlimited time, and a towel and sheet are included, so you need not bring anything. Reservations are not taken; you can come at any time during opening hours. The branch page does not say whether parking is free. A free Saunia loyalty account takes 50 Kč off every entry.

Rules and good to know
- Shower before the sauna, and after it shower and step into the cooling plunge pool
- In the sauna you place a sheet under your whole body
- Stay in the sauna at most 15 minutes, then rest twice as long; repeat three times
- Drink through the day and do not go in hungry or overfed
Getting there
The sauna world is on the 7th floor of the LETMO shopping centre (Nádražní 681/2a, Brno), next to the main railway station. By car you can park nearby, for example at the old bus station car park, and enter the centre from Nádražní or Josefská street.
Buses (e.g. 67 and 47), trams 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12 or trolleybuses 31 and 33 stop at Hlavní nádraží; cross the street to OC Letmo. A lift takes you to the 7th floor, straight to the reception.
