Saunia Galerie Butovice is a sauna world in the Galerie Butovice shopping centre in Prague, covering 900 m². It has six types of sauna – Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, steam-burst sauna, salt sauna and tropical sauna – and four ways to cool down: a cooling plunge pool, an ice well, cooling buckets and showers with a water mist. It is open every day from 9 am to 11 pm.
Admission is priced by length of stay, from a one-hour Quick Relax to unlimited time, and a towel and sheet are included, so you need not bring anything. Reservations are not taken; you can come at any time during opening hours. Parking at the centre is free for the first 6 hours. A free Saunia loyalty account takes 50 Kč off every entry.

Rules and good to know
- Shower before the sauna, and after it shower and step into the cooling plunge pool
- In the sauna you place a sheet under your whole body
- Stay in the sauna at most 15 minutes, then rest twice as long; repeat three times
- Drink through the day and do not go in hungry or overfed
Getting there
The sauna world is on the 1st floor of the Galerie Butovice shopping centre (Radlická 117, Prague 5), in the food-court zone. By car arrive along Radlická or Jeremiášova street and park in the outdoor or indoor car park; from there take the escalators up.
By metro line B or buses 137, 142, 149, 168, 184 and 266 go to Nové Butovice and walk about 7 minutes past the bus stops and through the passage between the office buildings. Escalators at the main entrance lead to the 1st floor.
