Saunia VIVO! Hostivař is a sauna world in the VIVO! Hostivař shopping centre in Prague, covering 520 m². It has five types of sauna – Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, steam-burst sauna and tropical sauna – and four ways to cool down: a cooling plunge pool, an ice well, cooling buckets and showers with a water mist. It is open every day from 9 am to 11 pm.
Admission is priced by length of stay, from a one-hour Quick Relax to unlimited time, and a towel and sheet are included, so you need not bring anything. Reservations are not taken; you can come at any time during opening hours. Parking at the centre is free for the first 6 hours. A free Saunia loyalty account takes 50 Kč off every entry.

Rules and good to know
- Shower before the sauna, and after it shower and step into the cooling plunge pool
- In the sauna you place a sheet under your whole body
- Stay in the sauna at most 15 minutes, then rest twice as long; repeat three times
- Drink through the day and do not go in hungry or overfed
Getting there
The sauna world is on the 1st floor of the VIVO! Hostivař shopping centre (Švehlova 1391/32, Prague 10). By car arrive along Práčská street and park in the outdoor or indoor car park; from the indoor car park drive up to the 2nd floor and take the lift down to the 1st.
Buses 154 and 177 or trams 13, 22 and 26 stop at Obchodní centrum Hostivař. Enter by the main entrance and take the stairs or escalators to the 1st floor, where the sauna world begins.
