Saunia Forum Liberec is a sauna world in the Forum Liberec shopping centre in Liberec, covering 900 m². It has five types of sauna – Finnish sauna, steam bath, steam-burst sauna, salt sauna and tropical sauna – and four ways to cool down: a cooling plunge pool, an ice well, cooling buckets and showers with a water mist. It is open every day from 9 am to 11 pm.
Admission is priced by length of stay, from a one-hour Quick Relax to unlimited time, and a towel and sheet are included, so you need not bring anything. Reservations are not taken; you can come at any time during opening hours. Parking at the centre is free for the first 5 hours. A free Saunia loyalty account takes 50 Kč off every entry.

Rules and good to know
- Shower before the sauna, and after it shower and step into the cooling plunge pool
- In the sauna you place a sheet under your whole body
- Stay in the sauna at most 15 minutes, then rest twice as long; repeat three times
- Drink through the day and do not go in hungry or overfed
Getting there
The sauna world is on the 2nd floor of the Forum Liberec shopping centre (Soukenné náměstí 669/2a), opposite the cinema and food court. By car arrive along Dr. Milady Horákové street to the centre's car park and walk through the passage into the centre; a lift or escalator takes you to the 2nd floor.
Buses 141, 345, 350, 370 and 440 or trams 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 20, 27 and 28 stop at Fügnerova. From the ground floor of the centre, escalators or a lift lead to the 2nd floor.
