Saunia Futurum is a 930 m² sauna world in the Futurum Ostrava shopping centre (Ostrava). It offers 6 sauna types and 5 cooling systems: Finnish sauna (90–100 °C), steam bath (40–50 °C), steam-blast sauna (80–90 °C), salt sauna (40–55 °C), tropical sauna (50–60 °C), herbal sauna (40–50 °C). A bath towel and a sheet are lent free as part of the entry.
Admission is either time-unlimited or for a chosen time, starting with the 60-minute Rychlorelax, and no reservation is made: you can come any time from 9:00 to 23:00. Parking at the centre is free according to the website. A Saunia loyalty account gives 50 CZK off the entry, and MultiSport and other benefit cards are accepted. According to the notice on the website the ice bath is out of service for technical reasons.

Rules and good to know
- In the sauna you place a sheet under your whole body; the towel and sheet are lent free at reception.

Getting there
Arrive via Novinářská or Varenská street; the direct entrance to Saunia is from Varenská. The sauna world entrance is opposite the food court or next to the cinema.
By bus (35, 39) to the Futurum stop, or by trolleybus (107, 108, 109) to Dům vodohospodářů, which is closer. From the trolleybus stop go straight through the entrance to the food court; the sauna world entrance is next to the cinema.
