According to the operator, Saunový ráj in Holice is a wellness centre focused on sauna and relaxation. It offers Finnish saunas, a ceremonial sauna, a honey soft sauna, salt and menthol steam cabins, herbal inhalation, a whirlpool pool, a Kneipp path and cooling options including an outdoor terrace.
The whole area is swimwear-free, and capacity is set by the number of lockers, which is 52 guests. Entry is not booked in advance and the saunas are heated throughout opening hours. A private whirlpool for two can be hired separately and massages can be ordered.

Entry is allowed up to one hour before closing, and guests must leave the sauna half an hour before the end of operation. The children's sauna runs from September to May on the first Tuesday of the month, 16:00–18:00.

The price list also has 3-hour and 20-entry passes, a customer card (first hour 250 CZK, 10% bonus on top-ups from 3,000 CZK) and separate children's sauna prices. Children pay the rate with departure by 18:00. Massage prices are listed with each massage.

Rules and good to know

- Children 5–14 only until 18:00 with a person over 18; ages 3–5 only during the children's sauna; under 3 not admitted
- No mobile phones, food, alcohol or smoking items; bringing creams, oils, scrubs or honey into the wellness area is fined 500 CZK
- Entry up to one hour before closing; leave the sauna half an hour before the end
- Massages must be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, otherwise a cancellation fee applies
