SpaRelax (Wellness-Schwitzkasten) is a sauna world in Wettingen in the canton of Aargau. According to the operator it has a Finnish sauna (85 °C), an infrared sauna (55 °C), a steam bath (45 °C), a brine relaxation room, an outdoor pool, a whirlpool, rest rooms and a sauna garden, plus a bistro where you may sit in a bathrobe.
The operator stresses sauna ceremonies: a classic infusion in silence without music, an experience infusion with music and light, and a show infusion with choreography. The site says a 15-minute infusion takes place every hour from 16:00 to 21:00. The whole facility is phone-free and swimwear-free.

The site contradicts itself on Monday: the opening-hours page says 14:00–22:00, the FAQ says 11:00–22:00; check with the operator. The sauna is closed on holidays: New Year, Berchtold's Day, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Easter, Ascension, Whitsun, Corpus Christi, 1 August, 24–26 December and 31 December.

- Cover loungers with a towel; outside the sauna cover the intimate area with a towel or bathrobe
- No own oils or essences on the stoves; shaving, peelings, masks and nail cutting are not allowed
- Children under 12 are not admitted; 12 to 16-year-olds only with an adult
