Stadtbad Neukölln

Sauna

About

Stadtbad Neukölln is a municipal bathhouse in Berlin, more than a hundred years old, run by Berliner Bäder-Betriebe. According to the operator, the large and small swimming halls are lined with seven-metre columns, arcades and mosaics; the large hall holds a 25 m pool and the small hall a 19 m pool, both with a non-swimmer area.

After renovation the sauna offers a Finnish sauna, a herbal sauna, a caldarium, a steam bath, a plunge pool, an outdoor area and, per the operator, a new large Finnish sauna with Aufguss sessions every hour and a restored warm-water pool. There is also a relaxation room and a food offer.

  • Historic baths opened in 1914
  • New Finnish event sauna with hourly Aufguss sessions
  • Caldarium, steam bath, herbal sauna and a plunge pool
  • Restored warm-water pool
