About
StrandSpa is a sports and health centre right on the beach promenade in Dahme on the Baltic Sea. Besides fitness, the operator offers wellness, massages, cosmetics, a sea-salt grotto and a sauna.
The sauna area has a Finnish sauna (90 °C according to the operator), a bio sauna with a fireplace (65 °C) and a steam sauna (45 °C). A relaxation room with a panoramic sea view is available; after the sauna, according to the operator, you can cool off directly in the Baltic Sea.

Last admission to the sauna: Mon–Fri 18:30, Sat 16:00, Sun and holidays 14:00. Every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month is ladies' sauna, every 1st and 3rd Saturday family sauna. The operator also posts short-term closures on its site, e.g. maintenance of the steam sauna.
