The wellness centre at Hotel Bauer in Bílá in the Beskydy mountains is in a building next to the hotel. According to the operator it is also open to the public when capacity is free; ask the reception by phone about availability.
It offers a pool with a whirlpool, a sauna world with three kinds of sauna (Finnish, steam and aroma), Thai massages and an attic gym. The operator also mentions oxygen therapy as a novelty.

Getting there
A bus stop is a hundred metres from the hotel, with services towards Ostravice, Frýdlant nad Ostravicí and Bumbálka, and at weekends also to Velké Karlovice and Rožnov pod Radhoštěm
The car park opposite the hotel is paid outside the ski season (50 CZK a day on weekdays, 100 CZK at weekends); the operator says it is preparing its own car park next to the hotel
