Terme Banja Luka is a thermal and wellness complex in Banja Luka run by the Institute "Dr Miroslav Zotović". According to the operator it opened officially on 3 September 2025 and has operated at full capacity since October 2025. It builds on the historic Šeher spa; the thermo-mineral water is 26 to 33 °C according to the operator.
The operator says the building has 7,350 m² on four floors. It offers a recreation, a wellness, a children's and a baby spa pool, a sauna world, a hamam, massages, a gym, rehabilitation and accommodation. The site also has a 3D virtual tour.
