Terme di Santa Cesarea is a spa in Salento, Puglia, on the Adriatic coast. It offers thermal cures and mud treatments, massages and beauty treatments, aesthetic medicine and outpatient services. Best known is the natural sulphur Piscina Solfurea on a rock terrace on the Adriatic coast.
The pool water is sulphurous and, according to the site, about 28–30 °C. The pool comes with a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a bar with light lunches and access to the rocky cliff. The offer also includes a visit to the Grotta Fetida and day wellness packages.
