About
Terme Preistoriche is a thermal resort with a hotel and a 50,000 m² park in Montegrotto Terme near Padua. The thermal pools total 780 m² and form two pairs, each a covered and an outdoor pool joined together: Panoramiche and Chalet. The Panoramiche water is kept at 34–36 °C, and the pools have dozens of hydromassage jets.
Above the panoramic pools sits the 1,200 m² Neró Spa with a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, hammam, a salt room and a ceremonial Temazcal sauna. Outside guests may use the Chalet pools and the spa, but only after booking online. From October to March the day spa is for guests aged 16 and over.

Hours can change during special events; the panoramic pools are reserved for resort guests until 7 pm.

Rules and good to know
- Swimwear and slippers are mandatory in the pools and the Neró Spa circuit
- In the sauna you place a towel under your whole body
- From 1 Oct to 31 Mar the day spa is 16+, and the Neró Spa circuit is closed to under-16s
- Diving, bags and food brought from home are not allowed at the pools
- The Tuesday Nordic evening from 6 pm is swimwear-free (not held 1 June–30 October and 25 December–10 January)
