According to the operator, Termy Maltańskie is the largest water recreation and sports complex in Poland using natural geothermal water. It lies by Lake Malta in the centre of Poznań and has three zones: the Aquapark, the sports pools and the Saunas & Wellness zone. The operator states 18 pools with a total water surface of 5,000 m² and geothermal water drawn from a depth of 1,306 m.
Since 15 June 2026 the Saunas & Wellness zone has been rebuilt as three worlds: the World of Balance, the World of Elements and the World of Senses. It offers Finnish saunas (herbal, outdoor Kelo, Event and the largest outdoor Panorama), a bio sauna, an infrared sauna, steam baths, a salt graduation tower, the Japanese stone sauna Ganbanyoku, an Immersion Room and massages. The zone is for adults only.

Rules and good to know
- The Saunas & Wellness zone is for adults only
- Swimwear is banned in the sauna zone; the operator accepts only natural-fibre coverings (cotton, linen), not microfibre towels
- The operator recommends using the steam baths without swimwear for hygiene
- Phones and smartwatches go in the changing-room locker; the zone is a digital detox
- Pool footwear (flip-flops) is required throughout the zone
- Talking is allowed only in the Panorama sauna, elsewhere there is a quiet zone
