About
Therme Geinberg is part of the Spa Resort Geinberg in Upper Austria. According to the operator it offers 3,000 m² of water surface, five pools with thermal, fresh and salt water at 26 to 35 °C, and its own thermal spring.
The Caribbean sauna world has, according to the operator, 11 themed saunas and steam baths, outdoor beach and garden areas and a sauna bistro. It is run as a swimwear-free zone and entry is from 16 years.

Prices are given as "from" for adults aged 16 and over; on holidays, bridge days and school holidays weekend rates apply, with separate rates in the Christmas holidays (current in the online shop). Thursday for 50+ (day ticket with sauna included from € 39.00). After 4 hours, € 3.00 is added per half hour.

Rules and good to know
- According to the operator, the Caribbean sauna world is a swimwear-free zone (no textile sauna), entry from 16 years
- The operator recommends a large towel (at least 180 × 80 cm) to sit on in the sauna cabin and a shower before the sauna
- A bathrobe or large towel is required in the bistro
- Jumping into the pools of the sauna world is not allowed
- An online ticket guarantees entry to the spa

By car: from Vienna A1 to Linz, then A8 towards Passau, exit Ort im Innkreis; from Munich A94 towards Passau and on via Simbach/Braunau
Outdoor parking at the spa is free, the hotel garage costs € 5.00 per day
By train: from Geinberg station it is about a 15-minute walk to the resort
