Top Alivio is a sauna and wellness centre in Horn, in Dutch Limburg, which describes itself as a "feel good spa & food". According to the operator it focuses on privacy and a cosy setting. It offers an infrared sauna, a steam grotto, a herbal sauna, a panorama sauna and an aufguss sauna, plus indoor and outdoor baths, a whirlpool and a plunge grotto.
Guests can rest in relaxation rooms, in the library or in the garden with sun loungers and a heated covered terrace. There are restaurant and bars, a massage room and treatments. Wednesday is, according to the operator, ladies only (Damesdag).

- In the saunas you should sit or lie on a towel
- Shower before entering the sauna hall and after each sauna round
- Bath slippers must not be taken into the sauna cabins
- Own snacks and drinks are not allowed
- Mobile phones are banned and belong in the locker
- Children are welcome if toilet-trained and holding at least one swimming certificate; up to 14 they must be under constant supervision, as there are no lifeguards at the baths
- On Wednesdays the centre is for women only
