Urbanspa is an urban spa in Fribourg with hammams, Finnish saunas, a jacuzzi and rest areas. According to the operator it is a place of calm, and it is mixed and open to the public.
It includes a separate swimsuit-free zone with a sauna for 16 people that hosts Aufguss ceremonies, and a cold-water basin. The operator limits the spa to about thirty guests at a time and recommends booking.

Entry is possible until 1 h 15 min before closing. On Tuesdays the operator holds a chat day when loud talking is allowed. The site also lists special hours; check them before visiting.

Entry includes a fouta (sheet) and flip-flops; an extra towel costs CHF 2 and a bathrobe CHF 5. Passes for AVS/AI/students (CHF 660 and 1,100) and private hire for groups of 8 or more also exist.

Rules and good to know
- Entry from 18 years
- Outside the swimsuit-free zone swimwear or a fouta must be worn at all times
- In sauna 3 (swimsuit-free zone) you may be unclothed or wear a fouta; swimsuits are forbidden there
- No fouta or swimsuit in the cold-water basin
- A towel goes on the sauna bench, with the whole body including feet on it
- A shower is compulsory before leaving the changing rooms
- Cosmetics, food, drinks, cigarettes and electronic devices are not allowed in the spa
