Zalaegerszegi Sport- és Tanuszoda is a municipal swimming complex in Zalaegerszeg, which the operator says has operated since spring 2022. It has a 50 m sports pool, a 10×16 m teaching pool, a wellness area, a gym and, in summer (1 June – 31 August), an outdoor pool area with a children's paddling pool and water playground.
The sauna world offers two Finnish saunas (80–90 °C), an infrared sauna, a steam cabin and a plunge pool with 15–20 °C water. The operator runs guided sauna sessions, for example with a scrub or honey skin care, which can be booked online.

The price list is valid from 1 February 2025 and includes 27% VAT. Children under 3 enter free. Ten-entry passes and Egerszeg card discounts also exist.
