About
Veresegyházi Termálfürdő is a thermal bath in the town of Veresegyház, about 25 km from Budapest. According to the operator (the town council), it offers an outdoor thermal relaxation pool with water at 36–38 °C and a depth of 80 cm, meant mainly for rest and recovery.
The thermal water rises from a depth of 1,414–1,457 m; the operator states about 800 litres per minute at 65 °C, cooled before it enters the pool. The operator recommends it for musculoskeletal complaints and after orthopaedic surgery. The grounds also have a sauna, a buffet and massages.
