Wellness club Placidus is in Ruská Nová Ves near Prešov. According to the operator it combines ancient Roman traditions with modern wellness and offers indoor and outdoor saunas, sauna ceremonies, a cooling pool with a counter-current, a whirlpool, a tropical shower, an ice bucket, music therapy and aromatherapy.
The facilities include a dry sauna, a steam sauna, an outdoor infrared bio sauna and a large Roman sauna of Nordic spruce for up to 25 people, plus two relaxation rooms. Sauna ceremonies take place regularly at weekends according to the site, and sauna events with guest sauna masters are held as well. Massages can be booked.
