Wellness Hotel Alfrédov is part of the Alfrédov golf and wellness resort in the Holýšov Highlands, at 400–500 m above sea level, on the grounds of a former farmstead of the Kladruby monastery with a small chateau. The operator describes it as a quiet and cosy setting.
The hotel's spa zone offers a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin, a whirlpool and massages. According to the price list, the sauna and steam bath are booked by the hour for one or two people, the whirlpool for one person. The fitness room is free for hotel guests.

The wellness price includes a towel, a sheet (not for the whirlpool) and spring water with lemon. A bathrobe costs 100 CZK (50 CZK for the infrared cabin and whirlpool), slippers 50 CZK (30 CZK), an extra towel 50 CZK (30 CZK). For a late cancellation (under 1.5 h ahead) a fee of 500 CZK applies to the sauna and steam bath, 300 CZK to the infrared cabin. Massages are cash only and best booked at least a week ahead.
