Wellness Hotel Katalin is a four-star hotel in Gyenesdiás by Lake Balaton, about 2 km from Keszthely and 300 m from Diás Strand beach. According to the operator it has Hungary's largest hotel water castle (among hotels without a public bath, 2021 figure), with a 456 m² heated outdoor children's pool and more than 95 m of slides. The wellness area is for hotel guests only; there is no ticket for outside visitors.
According to the operator the sauna world has six saunas, including a Finnish sauna, a Finnish aroma sauna, a bio sauna, an infrared sauna and a steam cabin, plus a salt room and a cold plunge pool. Part is for families (from age 6), part for guests aged 16 and over, where an indoor swimming pool and a hot tub are also available.

The steam cabin is closed in summer; the operator points to the family bio sauna as a substitute. Children may swim in the adult pool 8:30–10:00 and 17:00–18:30; otherwise entry there is from age 16.

Getting there
From Budapest take the M7 motorway to the Keszthely exit; the hotel is 20 km from the motorway and 2 km from Keszthely.
In Gyenesdiás leave the main road towards Diás Strand onto Madách street, and 10 m before the railway crossing turn right onto Szent István street.
According to the operator, parking for guests is free, one space per room.
