According to the operator, Wodny Park is the most popular sports and recreation facility in Warsaw with an Olympic pool. It stands in Mokotów at ul. Merliniego 4 and is run by the foundation Mokotowska Fundacja Warszawianka – Wodny Park. It has an Olympic pool (50 × 25 m, 10 lanes), a recreational area with water slides and a lazy river, a year-round outdoor pool, squash and SPA & Wellness.
The sauna world is a separate area open daily 11:00–22:00. The site lists a stone sauna, an aromatic sauna, a brine bath and a salt relax room, a Russian banya (bania) with sauna sessions (twig massage with birch or oak twigs, or a "flag" session with aromatised ice) as well as massages and beauty treatments. The Snow Grotto has been closed since 16 September 2026 for renovation.

Prices come from the price list on the operator's site (image and PDF); beyond the ticket time a surcharge of 0.60 zł per started minute applies. Reduced and group tickets, passes and top-up cards also exist. Massages and treatments are paid separately and the sauna ticket does not cover them. A large towel rental costs 14 zł, a set of towels 20 zł.

Rules and good to know
- Two towels are required for the saunas; in the saunas you must sit on a towel so that neither skin nor swimwear touches the seat
- According to the house rules the Spa & Wellness area is one where swimwear is not required; using saunas without swimwear is recommended, and in corridors, saunas, the banya and the bar intimate areas must be covered with a towel, pareo or robe
- Children and teenagers under 18 may enter Spa & Wellness only with an adult
- Mobile phones and photography are banned in the sauna area
- Own food and drinks (including alcohol) and glass containers must not be brought in
- You must shower thoroughly before entering; the stay is charged by time via a transponder
