7sources beauty & spa is the wellness area of the Lenkerhof gourmet spa resort hotel in Lenk im Simmental, Switzerland. According to the operator it covers over 2,000 m², and its name refers to the seven springs of the river Simme. It has an outdoor pool and an indoor swimming pool.
The sauna world is split into a textile area (aroma steam bath, Finnish sauna and bio sauna) and a swimwear-free area (salt grotto, Finnish infusion sauna with a view of Lenk, pine-cone bio sauna, ice grotto, stone-oil sauna, steam bath and a cooling pool). The Day Spa packages combine wellness entry with a meal.
