Therme 51° Hotel Physio & Spa
Wellness & spa
About
Therme 51° is a small four-star hotel with its own thermal baths in Leukerbad, in the Swiss canton of Valais. The thermal water emerges from the mountain at about 51 °C, and according to the operator the pools are heated solely by inflowing spring water, with no gas or oil. The water is calcium-sulphate, and the operator says the house is a recognised spa and cure establishment.
The facility has four thermal pools (36–44 °C) and a 12 °C cold pool, five saunas, a relaxation room, a Kneipp basin and experience showers. Hotel guests have entry included; external guests must book a slot of up to 3 hours in advance.
