Aalborg Heat offers saunas and outdoor hot tubs right on the water in Østre Havn harbour in Aalborg, next to the cable park. According to the operator, facilities are booked by the hour: a barrel sauna for up to 6, a large sauna for up to 18 and four saltwater hot tubs for up to 6, plus a cold plunge tub and the option of a dip in the harbour basin.

Shared sauna infusion sessions run on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays; otherwise a group books a sauna or hot tub for itself, so the price does not depend on the number of people. There is a drinks bar, heated wooden changing cabins and storage for belongings on site. The operator also hosts company events and events through the year.

Opening times according to the operator. Infusion sessions: Wed 6:00–7:15 pm and 7:45–9:00 pm, Thu 4:45–6:00 pm and 6:30–7:45 pm, Sun 9:30–10:45 am and 11:15 am–12:30 pm. The site does not give Monday and Tuesday. The private sauna is available in winter, according to the site.

Prices

Prices according to the operator. The pages disagree on the sauna infusion: the price list says 135 DKK for 1 hour (max 6 people), the infusion description says 145 DKK per person; check with the operator. The company package is 9,500 DKK excl. VAT (1.5 hours, up to 50 people).

• The operator may cancel without a refund if guests arrive visibly intoxicated or disturb others
