About
AQUA is the hotel wellness area of the TRIHOTEL in Rostock, next to the Schweizer Wald woodland park. According to the operator it covers 1,800 m² and offers a 110 m² panoramic pool with a counter-current system, a waterfall and underwater massage jets, a sauna area, a relaxation room and private spa suites with baths for two. The wellness area is adults only, from 18.
The sauna area has three cabins according to the website: a rooftop Finnish log sauna with panoramic views of the woods and the towers of Rostock's old town (90 °C), a herbal steam bath (44 °C) and an aroma steam bath with a salt mist (45 °C). There is also a tepidarium, a heated antique-style relaxation room (40 °C). Outside guests can enter with day and hourly tickets.

The operator says hours may differ and recommends confirming the current sauna hours by phone (+49 381 6597-641). In winter Saturday is reserved for hotel guests only (the site states this under the pool for the summer period too, so the details differ slightly). Hotel guests can use the sauna until 22:00 in summer. Closed on 24 and 25 Dec; 26 Dec 15:00–20:00; 31 Dec 10:00–18:00; 1 Jan 12:00–20:00. The May and October–May seasons partly overlap on the site.

By car from the A19 motorway take the Rostock-Süd exit, then the B110 (Tessiner Straße) for about 900 m towards the centre

From the main station take bus 22 or 23 to the Wossidlopark stop (about 10 minutes); the stop is opposite the hotel
The historic centre is 1.5 km away, Warnemünde 15 km
