About
Liget Gyógyfürdő is a spa and bathing complex in Gyomaendrőd, Hungary, with outdoor and indoor pools, a medical treatment section, accommodation and a campsite. According to the operator, the medicinal thermal water (alkaline hydrogen carbonate, with fluoride) rises at 60.5 °C and has been recognised as medicinal since 1960.
Outdoors there is a swimming pool, a leisure pool, a paddling pool and a medicinal pool with 39–40 °C water; indoors a teaching pool, a relaxation pool with massage features, two thermal medicinal pools (36 and 40 °C) and a cold plunge pool by the sauna. There is also the Volkswagen Spray Park water playground, a water trail and massages.

Rules and good to know
- According to the house rules the pools may be used only in nylon swimwear; cotton clothing, shorts below the knee and skirts are not allowed
- Bathing slippers are compulsory indoors and street shoes are banned in the pool hall
- A shower and a foot wash are required before entering the pools
- Children under 10 may enter only with a parent or a responsible adult
- Children under 14 may not use the medicinal pools; the recommended bathing time is 20 minutes
- Smoking indoors and bringing animals are forbidden
- Swimming laps in the medicinal pools and the leisure pool is forbidden
