About
The town beach and indoor pool in Mezőtúr sits in a calm park right next to the Ligeti lake. According to the operator, the year-round baths have four outdoor and three indoor pools; the outdoor part runs in the summer season, with a playground, beach volleyball and beach football.
Thermal water (36-40 °C, alkaline-hydrogen carbonate) feeds the indoor and outdoor medicinal pools and, according to the operator, suits aftercare for rheumatic and locomotor complaints. In winter the indoor pools, a gym and a Finnish sauna (6-8 places) are open. It is run by Mezőtúri Intézményellátó és Ingatlankezelő Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft.

The operator gives the same hours for the summer beach (Mon 13:00-19:00, Tue-Sun 9:00-19:00). The ticket office closes an hour before closing time, and pools must be left 15 minutes before closing. The management may change the hours. The page contradicts itself on the sauna: the sauna text says it is currently not operating, while the schedule lists Fri-Sun; check at the ticket office. The outdoor pools are currently out of service.
