Heat Harmony is an outdoor sauna studio in Copenhagen offering guided Saunagus sauna rituals. A trained facilitator pours water infused with essential oils over hot stones and moves the aromatic heat around the room with a towel, in waves, set to music. Each round lasts 10-12 minutes, with about 10 minutes to pause between rounds.
The facilities include separate changing rooms with lockers, four outdoor showers (one with warm water), a deck with benches and light snacks, and filtered ice plunge tubs. According to the operator, sessions last 60-75 minutes and are booked in advance.

Rules and good to know
- A thorough soap shower is required before the sauna and before the ice bath; rinsing alone is not enough
- After a round, rinse off in the shower before the ice bath, never go straight from the sauna into cold water; keep your head above water
- A large towel is mandatory in the sauna and must cover the whole area where you sit or lie, including your feet
- The operator asks you to bring a towel, a water bottle and swimwear
- Silence during sessions; photography and recording are forbidden in sauna and bathing areas
- Personal essential oils, salt scrubs and honey, alcohol and drugs are forbidden
- Do not enter after diarrhoea or vomiting in the last 48 hours, or with open sores or a contagious skin condition
