Hot’n’Cold Nordhavn

Sauna

About

Hot n’ Cold Nordhavn is a small sauna club in Copenhagen’s Nordhavn district, open year-round according to the operator. It is in a waterfront building designed by Utzon, shared with sailing clubs and an event space with a café.

The offer is built around saunagus, a sauna infusion ritual (aufguss) led by a “gusmester”: three rounds of 10–15 minutes in a sauna at 70–90 °C, with cold buckets (4–10 °C all year) and breaks on the deck in between. The whole session takes about an hour and a quarter. According to the operator the sauna has room for twenty people.
