Analog Sauna is a small sauna in Copenhagen's Nordhavn harbour area, run as guided sessions (Danish "saunagus", an aufguss ceremony) combined with a cold-water plunge. According to the operator it is a space for calm and reflection where everyone is welcome, with a sea view.
During a saunagus the host (gusmester) pours essential oils on hot stones and spreads heat and scent with a towel and a fan; the breaks include a dip in cold water. The sauna holds 18 people. Places are booked online, with entry per session.
