- The pool and sauna area of the meerspa is a nude area according to the house rules; swimwear is only for the pool
- Cabins, including the infrared room, are entered on a sufficiently large towel and without swimwear
- The wellness area is fully open from age 16; children under 16 with adults only 10:00–13:00
- Smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the spa (the alcohol ban is waived during treatments), mobile phones should be silent and laptops and tablets not used
- Treatments must be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, otherwise an 80% cancellation fee applies
