- The whole nixespa is a no-swimwear area, towels are provided
- Enter the infrared cabin with a sufficient towel underlay and without swimwear
- Smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the spa (alcohol exception during treatments)
- Children up to 16 only with an adult
- Treatments must be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, otherwise 80% of the price is charged
- Enter the spa in a bathrobe and slippers; arrive 5 to 10 minutes before a treatment
