HUFELAND Therme is a brine spa in Bad Pyrmont, Lower Saxony. According to the operator, the Solewelt offers a 700 m² swimming landscape with indoor and outdoor brine pools (2 %, about 32 °C), a flow channel, a therapy pool with lights and music, a 37 °C hot whirlpool and a graduation house.
According to the operator, the Saunawelt has three Finnish saunas (one women-only), a sanarium, a flower steam bath and an indoor snow paradise. The sauna garden has a Finnish sauna, a Siberian banja, an earth sauna and a Kelo sauna, a large cold plunge pool, a quiet house and a shower monolith, with a view over Bad Pyrmont and the Weserbergland.

Applies to the Sole- und Saunawelt. Open on all public holidays except Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. The house rules give last entry 45 minutes before closing and a usual 9:00–21:00, so the current opening-hours page is the one followed here.

Rules and good to know

- Children under 15 may enter only with an adult
- Wash and shower thoroughly in the shower rooms before using the baths and saunas; soap may not be used in the pool and sauna areas
- Food, glass containers and alcohol brought from outside are not allowed; photography and mobile phones are prohibited
- Loungers may not be reserved with towels; a brine bath is recommended to last 20–30 minutes, followed by a rest of the same length
