About
Jelenia Struga Medical SPA is a spa hotel in a secluded wooded valley in Kowary near Karpacz, on the edge of Karkonosze National Park. According to the operator it offers its own CUD programme (Body, Mind, Spirit), massages, rituals and facial treatments; guests on the site also mention a sauna and a pool.
Its distinctive feature is an underground radon inhalatorium in an adit of a former uranium mine, which the operator says is the only one in Poland. Inhalations run daily at 10:00 and 16:00 and must be booked in advance.
