About
Kristall-Therme Seelze is a thermal complex near Hanover with thermal brine pools indoors and outdoors, a sports pool and a sauna world. According to the operator it offers around 10,000 m² of wellness space and a romantic garden, and is open 364 days a year (closed on Christmas Eve).
The sauna world has seven themed saunas (four indoor and three outdoor, 60–100 °C), a steam bath and an Ottoman hamam. The pools are filled with brine at 3% and 12% and with natron water. The operator states that the indoor thermal pools are under renovation while the other areas remain open.

- According to the operator the Wohlfühltherme is a swimwear-free area, and saunas must be entered without swimwear, sitting on a towel
- On Wednesdays and Sundays the operator allows bathing in the thermal area with or without swimwear
- Teenagers under 16 only with an adult
- In the catering areas a towel or bathrobe is required
- Mobile devices and photography are banned throughout the thermal area
- Own food and drink may not be consumed and glass bottles may not be brought in
- Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor areas
