Kúpeľ Sina is, according to the operator, the most popular healing thermal bath in Trenčianske Teplice. The water is up to 39 °C and the spring rises directly in the pool. It belongs to the Kúpele Trenčianske Teplice spa complex.
In the afternoon and at weekends it is used together with the historic Hammam relaxation hall from 1888. The treatment takes 20 minutes of bathing and 10 minutes of wrap. According to the operator, entry to the pool is only possible without swimwear.

- The operator advises against showering immediately after the bath

From Bratislava it is 150 km and from Žilina 80 km, according to the operator
By train to Trenčín, then by bus to Trenčianske Teplice
