The Ministry of Interior spa and treatment institute Arco stands in the centre of the spa town of Trenčianske Teplice, next to the treatment pools and the pedestrian zone. According to the operator it focuses solely on treating diseases of the musculoskeletal system and uses water from local thermal springs.
It offers treatment and relaxation stays, massages, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, peat wraps, an infrared sauna and a Finnish sauna. According to the operator the thermal pools are within 200 metres of the building, and all other services are in it. It is a healthcare facility, not a public bathing venue.

The institute is in the centre of Trenčianske Teplice; Hurbanova villa and Saratov are about 550–600 m (roughly 7 minutes on foot) from the main building
Parking in town is paid: a guest parking card costs 20 € for 7 days, 25 € for 10 days, 35 € for 15 days (the site gives 4 € a day for senior and medical stays)
