SPA Schwanefeld is the wellness part of the Romantikhotel Schwanefeld in Meerane, on the edge of town. According to the operator it offers wellness across four floors on 1,200 m² with a year-round heated outdoor pool, and it is also open as a Day SPA for non-hotel guests.
The sauna world has a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, a stone pine (Zirben) bio sauna, an infrared cabin, a salt lounge and experience showers, plus a fitness area, a roof terrace with a Sky Lounge and a quiet area with loungers. The operator also mentions infusion ceremonies, courses and a private SPA for two with its own sauna.

The Mamma Mia offer (Mon–Fri, breakfast and wellness) says the spa area starts at 10:00 on those days, which differs from the general Day SPA hours; check with the operator. Day tickets and wellness offers must be booked about a week ahead.
