Royal Park Hotel & SPA is a three-star hotel in Mielno on the Polish Baltic coast, about a 5-minute walk from the centre and the main beach entrance according to the operator. It includes the Instytut SPA & Wellness with 14 treatment rooms and around a hundred treatments.
The wellness zone consists of an indoor pool (6 × 12 m, depth 1.4 m, no lifeguard) and a Finnish sauna. The sauna is booked at reception and used only by the person or group that reserves it, so it is not a public sauna.

By car via the S6 expressway from Szczecin and Gdańsk, or the S11 from the south (exit Dobre, no. 21). Parking is free from 1 Oct to 30 Apr and 30 zł per day from 1 May to 30 Sep.
