About
Unitral is a hotel in Mielno on the Polish Baltic coast, 200 m from the sea and 300 m from Lake Jamno according to the operator. It includes a 1,600 m² spa styled after the Dead Sea, a recreational pool and a Medical SPA with 12 treatment rooms.
According to the operator it is the only pool in Poland filled with salt water from Jordanian salt, with salinity of up to 15%. There are also saunas and steam baths, a salt grotto, an outdoor jacuzzi and daily steam ceremonies with a sauna master. Outside guests can use the spa and pool without staying overnight.

Prices for outside guests according to the official website. Guests staying in 4*, 5*, Suite 3* and LUX 3* rooms have pool and spa access during opening hours at no extra charge; guests in selected 3* rooms can add spa access for 50 zł per person per day. A 10-entry pass for the recreational pool is also available (300 zł adult, 200 zł child under 12).

Rules and good to know
- Spa entry is from age 15
- Children under 15 may use the complex only with a legal guardian and during the Family SPA service (10:00–13:00)
- For the dry sauna and bio sauna the operator recommends entering without swimwear, covering intimate areas with a cotton sheet or towel
- Quiet is kept in the saunas; jewellery, watches and phones belong in the changing room
- The operator lists contraindications for sauna use, such as heart and circulatory conditions, inflammation, pregnancy or menstruation
