Sauna Melkbrink in Oldenburg is run by the association Naturheilverein Prießnitz 1893 e. V. According to the operator it has been "traditional and very cosy" for more than 70 years and follows the natural healing ideas of Vincenz Prießnitz: warmth (sauna), cold (cold water, Kneipp treatments) and sun with light (light sauna, light-and-air bath in a 2,000 m² garden).
It offers a Finnish dry sauna and a soft (bio) sauna, a cold plunge pool, a basin for Kneipp treatments, showers and a sunbed. For resting there are loungers in individual cabins and in a shared room, and loungers in the garden, which also has a fragrance and herb section. The association runs the facility itself and guests use it at their own responsibility.
