The Saunalandschaft is part of the Sole-Therme spa in Otterndorf, Lower Saxony. According to the operator it offers six saunas with different temperatures, over 60 infusions (Aufguss) a week with different scents, three relaxation areas and a large sauna garden with a plunge pool.
There is also a sauna bistro with a fireplace corner. The operator states it is certified SaunaSelection by the Deutscher Sauna-Bund. From October to April, Long Sauna Nights run until 1 a.m. on the second Saturday of each month, limited to 160 guests.

Usage ends 20 minutes before closing. Tuesday is normally women's sauna, except during Lower Saxony school holidays (Christmas, autumn, winter). Easter Saturday has different hours that the site does not list.

Prices are for the 2.5-hour and the day ticket. The evening rate from 19:00 (Mon–Thu) equals the adult 2.5-hour price. Discounts: Wellpass and Hansefit €7.50 off, Ehrenamtskarte 50%, free entry on your birthday. Children and youths up to age 16 may enter the sauna only with a parent or guardian.
