About
Sole-Therme Otterndorf is a spa and swimming centre in Otterndorf in northern Germany, run by Bäderbetriebsgesellschaft Hadeln. According to the operator the pool area has six brine pools at 24-32 °C, including a sports pool, a course pool, a children's area and a fun pool with a current channel and massage jets.
The sauna area offers six sweat rooms, three relaxation areas, a large sauna garden with a plunge pool and a sauna bistro with a fireplace. The operator says over 60 infusion sessions (Aufguss) are held each week and that the sauna is certified as SaunaSelection by the German Sauna Association.

Time of use ends 20 minutes before closing. The Tuesday ladies' sauna does not apply during the Lower Saxony Christmas, autumn and mid-year school holidays. Different hours apply in school holidays and on certain holidays (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); the pools also run a different schedule in school holidays. The pool till closes one hour before closing.

According to the operator, the sauna ticket includes use of the pools during their opening hours. An evening tariff (the 2.5-hour price) applies from 19:00 Monday to Thursday. Discounts exist for holders of a disability pass (GdB 50% or more), Wellpass and Hansefit members (sauna -7.50 €) and guests with a Cuxland guest card. Entry is free on your birthday.
