Saunia Central is a 600 m² sauna world in the Central Kladno shopping centre (Kladno). It offers 5 sauna types and 4 cooling systems: Finnish sauna (90–100 °C), steam bath (40–50 °C), steam-blast sauna (80–90 °C), salt sauna (40–55 °C), tropical sauna (50–60 °C). A bath towel and a sheet are lent free as part of the entry.
Admission is either time-unlimited or for a chosen time, starting with the 60-minute Rychlorelax, and no reservation is made: you can come any time from 9:00 to 23:00. Parking at the centre is free according to the website. A Saunia loyalty account gives 50 CZK off the entry, and MultiSport and other benefit cards are accepted.

Rules and good to know
- In the sauna you place a sheet under your whole body; the towel and sheet are lent free at reception.
- Shower before and after the sauna, then use the cooling pool.

Getting there
Arrive via Petra Bezruče and Ctiborova street and park in the centre's car park. Take the lift (2nd floor button) or escalators to the 1st floor; the entrance is on the south side of the centre. Escalators switch off at 21:00, so use the lift.
By bus (602, 604, 606, 609, 610, 613, 614) to the Kladno Central stop by the main entrance. From the ground floor take the escalators to the 1st floor; the entrance is on the south side.
