Terme di Stigliano is a four-star hotel with a thermal park of about 20 hectares in the hills near Canale Monterano, roughly 50 km from Rome. Hotel guests have their own Olympus spa, while the Helius Day Spa next to the hotel also admits visitors who are not staying.
Helius offers a Roman sweat grotto, a sauna, a biosauna, a salt room, infrared cabins, an ice room with a cold waterfall and an indoor pool with hydromassage. Depending on the weather, the thermal ponds in the park and the cold Belvedere pool are added. Entry is by reservation only.
