About
Termy Gorce is a smaller thermal complex in the village of Poręba Wielka (Niedźwiedź municipality) in Lesser Poland, about an hour's drive from Kraków. At its centre is a thermal pool filled with medicinal brine from the Poręba Wielka IG-1 well at 37 °C; there are also eight jacuzzis (indoor and outdoor), a salt grotto with a brine graduation tower, and Finnish and infrared saunas.
The complex is divided into the Relaxation Zone, the Renewal Zone (spa treatments) and the Taste Zone (a restaurant with a summer garden). According to the operator it lies in the Gorce mountains near the Beskid Wyspowy, making it a handy base for hiking trips.

The reduced ticket is for children, students up to 26, seniors over 60, pensioners and people with disabilities (with proof). Children under 100 cm enter free. Passes are valid for 6 months. Each ticket includes 15 free minutes for changing and the cloakroom.

Rules and good to know
- Swimwear is required throughout the complex; people without it will be asked to put it on or to leave
- Pool footwear (flip-flops) is required; the pool and salt grotto are entered barefoot
- A full-body shower is required before entering the pool area, and again after using the toilet
- In the sauna you must be dry and sit only on a towel
- Children under 13 may enter only with an adult; children under 3 need disposable swim nappies in the pools
- Entry works with a wristband transponder; your stay is timed from the entrance gate until you pay at the exit
Getting there
Easiest by car, for example from Kraków via the S7 and road no. 28 (about 60 km according to the operator)
Without a car, the operator recommends local carriers from the bus station in Mszana Dolna (towards Poręba Wielka / Koninki)
